KSA Indicators
Awful
- It Indicates you are below average compared to other PushCV users.
- It means that you should Improve in those areas very quickly using our Learning center.
Almost
- This indicates that you are just below average compared to the users of PushCV.
- It means that you should Improve in those areas.
- At this level, if an employer wants someone with that quality, we might send your CV.
Average
- This indicates that you are average compared to the users of PushCV.
- It means that you are quite good in those areas.
- At this level, if an employer wants someone with that quality, we will send your CV.
Awesome
- This Indicates that you are above average in an area compared to other users of PushCV.
- Your mastery of that area is excellent.
- At this level, if an employer wants someone with that quality, we will definitely send your CV.

What is KSA?
KSA – Knowledge, Skills, Abilities – are elements that shift the focus from just your educational achievements to what you as a person can do.
Why KSAs?
In a bid to not just get jobs for people, but actually effect changes in their lives, we have adopted the KSA index. KSAs will show what areas you need to improve upon. In essence, we are using the KSA index to level the playing field for career success.
How is the KSA index Measured?
The KSA index for each area is measured as a deviation from the average score of all PushCV users in that particular area. There is a lot to the algorithm that calculates this Index, but it's too awesome. If we tell you, we will have to employ you. :)
How can I boost my KSA?
The easiest way to boost your KSA is to take courses on from our online learning centre. These courses, once you pass them, will boost your KSA and by extension, your career points. You can also upload Certificates that you've acquired outside PushCV and once they are approved, your KSA will be updated.
What are Career Points?
Career points are an aggregation of your KSA in numbers. The higher your career points, the more visible your profile is to employers, the better your chances of recruitment.
What is a Career ID?
Your Career ID is your identification number on PushCV; it will be used for many other things in the FUTURE...
PushCV is a service that provides unlimited access to pre-screened and fully tested candidates for top employers and recruitment agencies.
